Chocolate Bark!

Super easy and yummy! You need a sleeve of Club crackers, 1.5 sticks of butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, bag of milk chocolate morsels and any other toppings you'd like to add.

Line a cookie sheet with foil and grease it. Then, cover cookie sheet with club crackers. It will use the entire sleeve, minus one or two.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a pot add,  1 and half sticks of butter and 1 cup of brown sugar, once is starts boiling, let it boil for 3 minutes. Pop the crackers only into the oven for literally 2 minutes or less. They will burn fast, believe me.

Pour butter and brown sugar mixture over toasted crackers and spread it with a spoon until all have been covered with this ooey goodness. Then, pour your chocolate chips on top and once they start melting, spread them completely over the top.  (pretend like this picture is turned the right way, blogger decided to flip it and it will not let me rotate it, or let me rephrase, I cannot figure out how)

Once it is all covered with chocolate, then add whatever you prefer, or nothing at all. I added sprinkles and chopped cashews to the top of this batch.

Cover and let it sit overnight to harden. If you do not have that kind of time, you can always pop it into the frig for 45.

Then, break it into pieces or cut it into bite size squares. Again, pretend like this picture is flipped the right way.
That is it. You will not be disappointed and neither will the person who this.
ENJOY!!
